He flew in early so he could spend the weekend with us prior to a visit to Chicago on business. I drove down to Chicago and back twice this weekend--once to pick him up at the airport and once to drop him off at the hotel. It's almost a two-hour drive, but I didn't mind it one bit as it gave me the opportunity to get a little one-on-one time with my Dad. He belonged to my cousin, Lance.
